Annual Dues
Annual dues must be paid by January 31st of each year to avoid a 10% surcharge. Payments can be made by check and sent to the HOA at the address below.

Vacant Lot and Public Park Reminder
Homeowners are reminded that the vacant lots in Magnolia Place neighborhood and adjacent Village Park should not be used for the dumping of yard waste, soil or other debris. Contractors doing work for homeowners should also be informed that the vacant lots should not be used for these purposes. Your cooperation on this matter is much appreciated and will assist in maintaining the neighborhood's appearance.
Homeowners are also reminded that no motorized vehicles should enter the adjacent Merton Village Park unless previously authorized by the Village.
Garbage/Recycling Reminder
Owners are reminded that all garbage/recycling bins are to be stored in the garage until the day of pick up and then returned to the garage. Please store your bins accordingly to keep the neighborhood looking aesthetically pleasing.
Parking Reminder
Just a reminder to all residents that parking of boats, trailers and campers on your lot is limited to a total of 90 days between April 15th and November 15th and these vehicles must be removed from your lot every two weeks. These limitations are too ensure that these vehicles do not become a permanent fixture in your yards. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.

The color of the mailbox post paint for your neighborhood is Glidden Evermore Ashton Grey. This color is no longer manufactured by Glidden, but you can use the mix information shown below at any paint store to get the color match.
